PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a matte acrylic resin film for thermoforming that has unprecedented designability, is readily handleable, causes no cracks in a matte layer even when molded into a deep drawn shape by insert molding or in-mold molding and exhibits scratch resistance, surface hardness, chemical resistance, heat resistance, matte properties and thermal yellowing resistance which are required of a decoration film of components for vehicles, and a laminated product comprising a substrate and the film laminated thereon. SOLUTION: The matte acrylic resin film for thermoforming comprises an acrylic resin film substrate, a coating comprising a matte agent and a binder resin coated on the surface thereof, and a matte layer formed as the outermost layer, where the matte layer side has a dynamic friction coefficient of at most 0.23.
