摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of suppressing the excessively early ignition caused by the fuel by auxiliary injection in an ignition timing control device of an internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: In this ignition timing control device of the internal combustion engine, the auxiliary injection in which a fuel is injected again during an expansion stroke or an exhaust stroke after a main injection is performed when an accelerator opening is equal to or smaller than a predetermined value. The ignition timing control device comprises a residual fuel amount calculation means calculating the fuel amount remaining in the cylinder of the internal combustion engine while the auxiliary injection is performed when the accelerator opening is equal to or smaller than the predetermined value and a combustion suppressing means suppressing the combustion of the fuel according to the fuel amount calculated by the residual fuel amount calculation means when the accelerator opening is increased below the predetermined value to the predetermined value or higher.
