PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording disk cartridge which can suppress sticking of dust which intrudes from clearance between a hub and an inner circumference surface of a hub aperture to a disk recording medium. SOLUTION: The recording disk cartridge 1 is equipped with; a flexible disk 31 housed in a cartridge case; a hub 32 which supports center of a flexible disk 31; and a hub aperture 123 formed in lower shell 12 in order to make the hub 32 face the outside. On an lower surface of the flexible disk 31, a disk side liner 34 which catches the dust which intrudes from the clearance between the hub 32 and the inner circumference surface 123a of the hub aperture 123 is prepared so as to face the clearance.
