PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify the periphery of an occurrence place about the occurrence of a failure using a simple configuration. SOLUTION: This reporting system 1 has a plurality of transmitting/receiving devices 3, a plurality of display devices 4, and a display management device 5. A notification signal, transmitted from a transmission device 2 provided in a security buzzer or the like, is received by one of the transmitting/receiving devices 3 among the plurality of transmitting/receiving devices 3 installed in a wide range, and a plurality of the display devices 5 present around the transmitting/receiving device 3 are selected from among the plurality of display devices 4, on the basis of the reception and are made to perform display so as to notify the periphery of the occurrence location regarding the occurrence of some sort of failure.
