PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out safe work by warning a worker to pay attention to a sudden fall when an intermediate steady brace suspended from an auger is in a state of being caught and stopped. SOLUTION: This looseness detecting and warning device comprises a means for detecting the looseness of a hanging material for the intermediate steady brace, a means for detecting that the intermediate steady brace is lowered and held on a lower steady brace, and a means for sending out a warning when detecting the looseness of the handing material while the intermediate steady brace is not on the lower steady brace.
