PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a segment for a tunnel which can be grasped and carried and is improved in fire resistance, heat resistance characteristics and corrosion resistance, and also to provide a concrete structure. SOLUTION: The segment 1 for the tunnel is provided with an insert member 2 as a coupling member with which a carrying means 5 or an assembling means is coupled. The insert member 2 is formed of ceramic and the coupling member is embedded in a concrete layer of the segment for the tunnel. The tunnel structure is formed by assembling a plurality of the segments 1 for the tunnel. The segment 1 for the tunnel is provided with the insert member 2 formed of ceramic with which the carrying means 5 or the assembling means is coupled. When a female screw 211 of the insert member 2 with which the carrying means 5 or the assembling means is coupled forms an opening in the tunnel, an opening of at least a part of the insert member 2 is sealed by a sealing plug 3 of a sealing member.
