PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction machine capable of operating a soil removing device using the other lever device for operating a front device. SOLUTION: An operating system switching valve 33 is provided between a right lever device 22 and a control valve 27 for work, and the connection destination of a hydraulic pilot valve 22B of the right lever device 22 is switched to a bucket control valve 27C and a boom control valve 27D, or a lift control valve 28A and a swing control valve 28B by the operating system switching valve 33. A swing device and the front device can be operated by the right lever device 22 by switching the operating system switching valve 33 into a work operating position, while the soil removing device can be operated by the right lever device 22 by switching the operating system switching valve 33 into a soil removal operating position.
