PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct a differential settlement part when differential settlement occurs to each fulcrum in a track structure such as a ballast track or a slab track, or a multispan continuous bridge, or the other structure supported by three or more fulcrums. SOLUTION: The automatic settlement correcting device 1 is composed of a container 2 placed directly or indirectly on a lower structure 5 and having an outflow hole 2a on the lower structure 5 side, and a granular material or a powder material 3 filled in the container 2. When the container 2 floats relatively to the lower structure 5 following the settlement of the lower structure 5, the granular material or powder material 3 in the container 2 is allowed to flow out of the outflow hole 2a to fill a void between the container 2 and the lower structure 5, thus correcting the settlement part of the lower structure 5.
