PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for organic EL elements, effective for improving the contrast in a light place to improve the visibility, preventing the lowering of the luminescent intensity and the fading of luminescent color caused by external ultraviolet rays, etc., and having excellent stability and durability in repeated use. SOLUTION: The resin composition contains (A) a copolymer obtained by the polymerization of anα,β-unsaturated compound and containing at least one kind of compound selected from propenoic acid, 2-methylpropenoic acid, propenoic acid derivatives and 2-methylpropenoic acid derivatives and/or an alkenyl-containing compound, (B) aβ-diketone compound having a specific structure and (C) a reactive compound reactive with the functional group in the copolymer (A).
