PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antifouling coating agent for outdoor objects, which can be easily and simply applied to the outdoor objects and is excellent in prevention of water scales. SOLUTION: The antifouling coating agent for the outdoor objects is prepared by compounding a moisture-curable silicone oligomer with a curing catalyst. A cured film of the coating agent has a surface hardness of≥4H in terms of pencil hardness. The antifouling coating agent is capable of preventing the deposition of water scales, especially drip streaks produced by the water scales, on an applied surface of the outdoor objects, easily removing the deposited water scales, especially the drip streaks produced by the water scales and imparting a corrosion resistance to the applied surface of the outdoor objects.
