PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container with a spout having high sealability and preservation property of the content in a container body, and capable of safely unsealing the container and spouting the content without damaging any finger or the like during the unsealing operation. SOLUTION: The container with the spout is equipped with the container body 11, the spout 20 mounted on the container body 11, and an attachable/detachable cap to open/close the spout 20. The spout 20 has a mounting part 21 fused to the container body 11, and a cylindrical part 23 projecting outwardly from the mounting part and having an outer screw on an outer face. A breakable inner plug 40 in which a part thereof forms a thick material part 41A in the spouting direction and the thick material part is deviated is mounted in the cylindrical part of the spout via a thin-walled part 43. The inner plug 40 can be unsealed through the penetration by inserting an unsealing member 30 having a flat cylindrical nozzle 31A into the cylindrical part 23 of the spout 20.
