PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a precise panel while facilitating attachment of horizontal muntins 9 by welding, in a load conveying carrier on which the panel arranging vertical muntins and the horizontal muntins 9 on an inner side of circumference frames in a lattice shape is raised from a side of a loading space portion of the load conveying carrier. SOLUTION: On a vertical strut portion 11a structured by pipe material of the circumference frames of the panel, a horizontal muntin positioning recessed portion 13 formed by partially depressing a peripheral wall of the vertical strut portion 11a.
