PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner capable of suppressing temperature difference in air flows from outlets in upper and lower sections in a bi-level mode, while attaining miniaturization thereof. SOLUTION: A door body 17 of a bypass door 7 is movably provided between both shaft ends of a rotating shaft 15 of a vent door 11. A rotating shaft 18 of the bypass door 7 is arranged closely to the rotating shaft 15 of the vent door 11, a guide member 20 against which an upper end of the door body 17 of the bypass door 7 is capable of abutting is provided, and the upper end of the door body 17 is engaged with the guide member 20 up to the position where the door body 17 pivots by a predetermined angle from a pivotal termination position. This enables to consolidate and arrange moving portions of the bypass door 7 and the vent door 11, and also enables air D at an appropriate temperature to be blown off from the vent 8 and the lower foot vent 10, after cool air B from an evaporator 4 is mixed with warm air C with passing through the underside of the bypass door 17 in the bi-level mode.
