A billing system for extracting an optimum communication fee and charging the fee to a subscriber by a mobile communication provider is provided to allow a subscriber to select only the subscriber desired communication service because a communication provider extracts an optimum fee and charges it although various communication services are newly added or a complicate fee product is developed. A fee product and fee generating unit(12-1) for extracting an optimum fee is provided in an MSC(Mobile Switching Center). The fee product and fee generating unit(12-1) extracts an optimum fee product among all the fee products of a corresponding communication provider and charges a subscriber with the fee product or notifies it. The mobile communication provider directly extracts the optimum fee product and bills the subscriber according to the fee product. |
