A drainage device using vacuum pressure is provided to prevent floods by draining off water contained in a reservoir to a distribution reservoir which is lower than the reservoir using a pumping pipeline. The invention relates to a drainage device using vacuum pressure for draining off water to a distribution reservoir(20) which is lower than a reservoir(10) via the highest point(T) using potential energy, wherein a suction port(32) is located under the surface of the water of the reservoir, an outlet(34) is located on the water reservoir which is lower than the water level of the reservoir, a pumping pipeline(30) provided with a counterflow prevention valve(36) and a fluid storage valve(38) is installed to the suction port and the outlet and divided from the highest point located between the reservoir and the distribution reservoir, and a vacuum pipeline(40) is formed in the smaller diameter than the pumping pipeline and provided with a primary drainpipe(42) connected with the pumping pipeline to get supplied with water of the reservoir. |
