A heating chamber is provided to decrease the radiation of heat from a heating plate through a heat radiation member for guiding the heat between an upper heating plate and a housing to a heating space. At least one heating plate having a heating member is seated on a substrate. A heat insulating member prevents radiation of heat from an edge of the heating plate. A housing(10) accommodates the heating plate and the heating member therein. The heating plate has a lower heating plate and an upper heating plate which is spaced apart from the lower heating plate at a heating space therebetween.
