A composite control method and system by transmitting a slot cycle signal including an SID(Site Information Data) packet are provided to include the third information required by a user in a slot cycle and transmit it, according to the fact that a mobile phone is operated based on a slot cycle that it digitally transmits its location information and number information to a base station once for every few seconds. A signal created by selecting at least one of an ESN(Electronic Serial Number), an MIN(Mobile Identification Number), and an SID is transmitted according to a slot cycle method. An analyzer analyzes a signal of the SID and an arbitrarily set signal and processes them. When the analyzer detects an abnormal value, a slot cycle transmission mode is automatically switched to a general transmission mode.
