A laser welding method of a silicon steel sheet, which prevents the welding part from being cracked when welding a welding part between silicon strip coils during pickling and cold rolling of the silicon steel sheet, is provided. A laser welding method of a silicon steel sheet by performing pre-heat treatment of a welding part of the silicon steel sheet, performing laser welding of the pre-heat treated part, and performing post-heat treatment of the laser welded part to prevent the welding part from being cracked, the laser welding method is characterized in that the pre-heat treatment is carried out on the welding part of the silicon steel sheet in a temperature range from 400 to 750 deg.C for 5 to 60 seconds, and the post-heat treatment is carried out on the welding part of the silicon steel sheet in a temperature range from 700 to 1050 deg.C for 5 to 60 seconds when a welding speed is from 4 to 12 m/min. The silicon steel sheet is a hot rolled strip coil with a thickness of 1.5 to 3 mm. The laser welding is performed at a laser output of 6.5 to 8.5 kW.
