A cuff(130A) as a living body pressing apparatus provided for a blood pressure monitor as a living body information measuring apparatus includes an air bag (150) and a curled elastic member (160) wound annularly around an outer side of the air bag (150). The air bag (150) has an engagement portion (152a) at each side end portion in the width direction. The engagement portion (152a) is folded along the end face of the curled elastic member (160) toward the curled elastic member (160), and secured to the outer peripheral surface of the curled elastic member (160). With this configuration, it is possible to provide a living body pressing apparatus capable of preventing occurrence of lateral displacement, and a living body information measuring apparatus provided with the living body pressing apparatus.
