A hanging device of a banner advertisement is provided to easily install and dismantle the banner advertisement within a short time and to change the banner advertisements of various sizes by simply exchanging a flagpole. A hanging device of a banner advertisement is composed of a body(10) fixed to a streetlight or a wall surface and provided with the predetermined volume; a flagpole fitting tool(20) installed on the outer surface of the body, formed like a cylinder so that a flagpole(40) of the predetermined length is laterally fitted into the flagpole fitting tool, and provided with a flagpole inlet unit(22) formed by cutting one side of the outer surface in a longitudinal direction; a flagpole inlet portion fastening unit clamping the flagpole inlet portion with predetermined pressure to firmly fix the flagpole fitted to the flagpole fitting tool; and a banner fixing unit(60) moved and fixed on the flagpole to fix the banner advertisement. |
