A piezoelectric device is provided to reduce the thickness of a piezoelectric device as compared with a piezoelectric device in which a piezoelectric vibrator and electronic components are overlapped in a height direction, by mounting a piezoelectric vibrator and electronic components on a substrate wherein the piezoelectric vibrator is parallel to the electronic component. A piezoelectric vibrator(30) and an electronic component(40) having a smaller height than that of the piezoelectric vibrator are mounted on a substrate(20) in a piezoelectric device(10) wherein the piezoelectric vibrator is parallel to the electronic component. While the upper surface of the piezoelectric vibrator is exposed to the outside, all the upper surface of the substrate is covered with resin(50). The resin covering the upper surface of the electronic component can be lower than the height of the upper surface of the piezoelectric vibrator. |
