An axial direction electric insulator using a conjugate fiber material and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent air of the axial direction electric insulator from being leaked by wrapping a connection part and an outer circumference plane of an insulation pipe with an insulation member. An axial direction electric insulator using a conjugate fiber material includes an insulation pipe(10), a stainless steel pipe(20), and an insulation member. The insulation pipe(10) has a predetermined thickness. An inner part of the insulation pipe(10) is penetrated along a direction. Both sides of the insulation pipe(10) are perforated. The stainless steel pipe(20) has a penetrated inner part. The stainless steel pipe(20) is connected to both sides of the insulation pipe(10). Liquid nitrogen precipitation and drying are repeated in the stainless steel pipe(20). The insulation member is formed on an outer side of the insulation pipe(10) and the stainless steel pipe(20) for lateral insulation and structural reinforcing. |
