An air volume control device for a vehicle air conditioner is provided increase a rotation speed of a blower motor of which current consumption decreases in proportion to pollution of an air filter, thereby compensating an air volume decreased by the air filter pollution. An air volume control device for a vehicle air conditioner includes a blower motor(10) for supplying air filtered by an air filter and heated or cooled by a heating or cooling system to an inside of a vehicle. A current sensing part(20) senses a current consumption amount of the blower motor to output the sensing result. A microcomputer(30) controls the blower motor to increase a rotation speed of the blower motor if the sensed current consumption amount of the blower motor decreases below a reference value for the current consumption.
