An essence composition consisting of sesame oil, black sesame oil, pine nuts oil, and safflower seeds oil is provided to show excellent skin moisturizing, skin aging inhibiting and skin soothing effect. The essence cosmetic composition comprises 25-45 wt.% of sesame oil, 25-45 wt.% of black sesame oil, 10-20 wt.% of pine nuts oil, and 10-20 wt.% of safflower seeds oil. Each of the oil is prepared by sterilizing each of the materials, drying it and then compressing it using an oil press at a temperature of 190-200 deg.C.
