A source driver and an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device having the same are provided to minimize distortion by adjusting the input voltage level of a voltage follower according to enable conditions of a data output signal. A source driver includes selection circuits(S1) and plural voltage followers(A1). The selection circuits output a variable selection voltage in response to a data output signal(TP). The voltage followers receive the selection voltage and the output thereof as an input, and generate driving signals so as to drive data lines of a liquid crystal panel. The selection circuit outputs a reference voltage(VREF) as the selection voltage during an enable period, where the data output signal is enabled, and outputs a gradation voltage(V1~Vn) as the selection voltage during a disable period, where the data output signal is disabled.
