<p>The method involves receiving and interpreting an incoming request (R-E), and identifying a type request that corresponds to the incoming request among a set of predetermined type requests. A resource set is identified among a finite resource set, where the identified set is associated with the request type. A decision whether to satisfy the incoming request is made based on temporal availability data of resources of the identified resource set. The incoming request comprises organizational information permitting identification of the type request among the predetermined type requests. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a computing device for management of appointment booking requests for services requiring resources among a finite resource set (2) a computer program product downloadable via a telecommunication network and/or stored in a memory of a central processing unit and/or stored in a memory medium cooperating with a reader of the processing unit and comprising instructions for the implementation of an appointment booking request managing method.</p> |
