A passive matrix-type organic electroluminescence display device is provided to maintain a dimension of the device regardless of the number of low electrodes by positioning a low pad electrode in a space corresponding to a length of a low electrode. Plural column electrodes(302) are arranged in a vertical direction. Plural first low electrodes(305) are arranged in a direction perpendicular to the column electrodes. Plural second low electrodes(308) are arranged across the first low electrodes, and are respectively connected to corresponding first low electrode. A column pad electrode is provided on one end of each column electrode, and a low pad electrode is provided on one end of each second low electrode. |
