An apparatus engaged with a rotational power unit to increase the rotational force is provided to save electricity and oil by producing more than ten times of energy with little energy. An apparatus includes a body to easily install and mount the apparatus. A gear etc. are mounted into the disc-shaped housing divided into a drive shaft(1) and an output shaft(22). The gear can be easily rotated in the body. Dual gears and a central shaft are circulated on the outer side of a central outside of the interior of the housing to transfer a force the speed of which is reduced by the output shaft. The rotational sped of the drive shaft is identical with the rotational speed of the output shaft. |
