The dry-type stair landing coupling device and method are provided to increase the speed of construction and to maximize constructability and economical efficiency by installing a dry-type stair landing quickly using slots of a stair landing and steel bars projected to a staircase wall. The dry-type stair landing coupling device comprises a staircase wall buried when installing a form with many steel pipes having female screws to fix steel bars having male screws, and a stair landing provided with slots to couple with many steel bars fixed to the staircase wall and installed to be movable. The dry-type stair landing coupling method comprises the steps of laying many steel pipes having female screws to fix steel bars having male screws when installing a form to a staircase wall(S1), forming slots on a stair landing to be coupled correspondingly to the steel bars fixed to the staircase wall(S2), inserting steel bars having male screws to the steel pipes having female screws and coupling mutually(S3), and moving the stair landing using moving equipment, setting the slots with the steel bars projected to the wall and fixing with a washer and a nut(S4).
