A tray structure of a vehicle is provided to prevent a tray from being optionally opened due to sudden start or braking by installing a rotating member preventing a backing of a tray. A tray structure of a vehicle includes a tray housing portion(2), a tray(4), a latch member(6), and a rotating member(10). The tray housing portion is provided inside of the vehicle. The tray is mounted at the tray housing portion to advance or back. The latch member is mounted inside the tray housing portion to advance or back. When the tray advances or backs, the latch member advances or backs to engage or separated with or from the tray. The rotating member is eccentrically hinge-coupled to the latch member. A stopper is formed at a predetermined position of the rotating member. When the vehicle is accelerated, the rotation member rotates to prevent a backing of the latch member by the stopper.
