An apparatus for measuring deformation of an underground pipe line is provided to promptly recognize the deformation of the underground pipe line on the ground without damaging the underground pipe line. An apparatus for measuring deformation of an underground pipe line includes a measurement sensor(1) and a measurement unit(2). The measurement sensor includes at least one displacement measurement optical fiber(11) and at least one temperature measurement optical fiber(12). The measurement unit includes a light source generator(21), a deformation analyzing section(22), and a temperature analyzing section(23). The light source generator is connected to ends of the displacement measurement optical fiber and the temperature measurement optical fiber and illuminates light. The deformation analyzing section analyzes the deformation of the underground pipe line by measuring the change of the displacement measurement optical fiber. The temperature analyzing section analyzes leakage of the underground pipe line by analyzing the change of the temperature measurement optical fiber.
