An installation structure of a microwave oven with hood is provided to minimize a force for supporting a body of the microwave oven, to improve working efficiency, and to improve safety. An installation structure of a microwave oven with hood is achieved by coupling a toggle bolt(300) having a toggle wing(310) with an outer case(100) of the microwave oven and a bottom(200) of a top cabinet. The bottom has a plurality of installation holes(210) and the outer case of the microwave oven with a hood has the same installation holes(110). In order to install the microwave oven with a hood to the lower side of the top cabinet through the respective installation holes, the lower end of the toggle bolt is inserted through the upper sides of the installation holes of the outer case by a predetermined depth and a nut(320) is fastened with the end of the toggle bolt. After installation of the toggle bolt to the outer case, the microwave oven is lifted such that the upper end of the toggle bolt is inserted into the installation hole of the bottom of the top cabinet.
