Coating material with single components, which are mixed before coating, is applied in a thickness of 10-180 g/m2> to a substrate strip to give an elastic coating and has components comprising (1a) a water-dilutable solution, dispersion and/or emulsion of a resin containing hydroxyl groups, (2a) a component containing 10-100% water-emulsifiable polyisocyanate resin and (3a) a component and/or additive to (1a) and/or (2a), containing metal oxide, silicide, boride, nitride and/or carbide and/or metallic hard alloy. Coating material with single components, which are mixed before coating, is applied in a thickness of 10-180 (especially 30-150) g/m2> to a substrate strip to give an elastic coating and has components comprising (1a) a water-dilutable solution, dispersion and/or emulsion of a resin containing hydroxyl (OH) groups, preferably an acrylate emulsion, especially a dispersion of an elastic polyacrylate copolymer, (2a) a component containing 10-100 (50-100)% water-emulsifiable polyisocyanate resin and (3a) a component and/or additive to (1a) and/or (2a), containing especially about 100% metal oxide, silicide, boride, nitride and/or carbide and/or metallic hard alloy, preferably alumina, especially corundum crystal powder, zirconium oxide and/or tungsten and/or silicon carbide. Independent claims are included for similar coating compositions containing component (3) and based on (1) (1b) elastic epoxide resin and (2b) polyisocyanate resin, polyfunctional amine and/or aminoplastics resin; (2) (1c) an acrylate resin containing OH groups and/or a hydroxypolyester resin and (2c) a polyisocyanate resin; (3) (1d) a saturated polyester resin and/or acrylate copolymer and/or polyol and/or polyether-polyol, (2d) urea- and/or melamine-formaldehyde resin and (4d) an (in)organic acid as hardener; (4) (1e) unsaturated polyester dissolved in monomer(s), (2e) organic peroxide and (4e) accelerator; (5) (1f) unsaturated polymer, oligomer and/or monomers based on polyester and/or (meth)acrylate; (6) flexible decorative foils with a substrate strip and one of these coatings; (7) production of a coating of such material. |
