A ring type touch pen is provided to realize portability and a low cost, and enable a user to conveniently touch a touch screen while performing other works with the same hand. A ring part(1) is put on the finger. A touch part(2) has a projected shape and is formed as one body with the ring part. A penholder(3) connects the ring part and the touch part. The ring part is cut to shrink/expand a radius of a ring shape. When the penholder is put on the finger, the penholder is parallel to the unfolded finger.
