An air conditioner and a drier thereof are provided to remove moisture from refrigerant by moisture absorbents positioned outside the refrigerant and form a drier pipe with an inner diameter equal to that of a refrigerant pipe, thereby minimizing resistance in the refrigerant flow. An air conditioner drier includes a drier pipe(112) formed with a plurality of holes(113) in a pipe wall part(111), a body part(114) surrounding the drier pipe outside the drier pipe, and moisture absorbents(116) filled in a space between the body part and the drier pipe. The drier pipe is formed with holes(115) at both ends for simple flow of refrigerant toward a refrigerant pipe(30''), wherein the refrigerant pipe and the drier pipe have the same inner diameter for minimizing resistance in the refrigerant flow.
