A personal mobile terminal with anion generating function is provided to promote resistance of human body against various illnesses by virtue of a large amount of anions generated from tourmaline powder, speed up metabolism, and allow a user to live a daily life in an agreeable environment. A tourmaline layer(141) is formed on a surface of a terminal body(110). A cover(142) includes air-through holes(142a) allowing air to pass therethrough and an air flow space(142b) allowing air to flow therein, and is combined with the terminal body such that it covers the tourmaline layer. The air-through holes are separately formed at certain intervals. A cover tourmaline layer is formed on the inner surface of the cover.
