An adiabatic/soundproof member for construction is provided to use conveniently, to have the construction space limitation, to manufacture simply and to have an environment-friendly effect by excluding the use of adhesives by filling up the inside of a pack with heat insulating/sound isolating materials. The adiabatic/soundproof member for construction is formed by filling up the inside of a flexible pack(10) with heat insulating/sound isolating materials(20) to be deformed freely by external force, wherein the pack is manufactured by piling up flexible materials(12,14) such as plastic film, woven fabrics, non-woven fabrics, glass fiber sheet, mineral fiber sheet and paper fiber sheet in one or two layers and forming in the shape of a pack, and the heat insulating/sound isolating materials are manufactured with one of fiber bundle formed by gathering glass or mineral fiber strands, and synthetic resin foam particles or mineral foam particles to be movable freely in the pack. In addition, a joint(30) is formed to mark off the heat insulating/sound isolating materials filled in the pack into the optimum quantity to prevent the heat insulating/sound isolating materials from lumping or flowing out.
