A toilet soap composition is provided to be able to improve sweating phenomenon, inhibit white particles generation on the soap surface, provide good workability and improve bubble lowering problem generated by inorganic salt, which is largely used for improving physical properties. The toilet soap composition comprising 5-70% of a surfactant as a main or a supplemental washing material is characterized in that it includes 0.1-10 wt.% of a polyethyleneglycol/polypropyleneglycol(PEG/PPG) dimethicone represented by the formula(1) and having a molecular weight of 2,000-40,000. In the formula(1), x and y, which are the mol number of dimethicone, are 400-600 and 1 to 2, respectively; m, which is the mol number of polyethylene, is 0 to 30; n, which is the mol number of polypropylene, is 0 to 30; and Z is H or methyl. The PEG/PPG dimethicone is PEG-8 to 30 dimethicone, PPG-6 to 30 dimethicone, and PEG-0 to 25/PPG-0 to 25 dimethicone and the at least 8 of m+n is proper.
