FIELD: baking industry, in particular, equipment for baking of national dough products such as lavash, khachapuri, lagmandgu, pancakes, pizza, paklava, etc. ^ SUBSTANCE: baking apparatus has metal hearth with electric heating members, movable carriage positioned above surface metal hearth so as to be regulated in vertical plane and equipped with adjustable electric heating members. Also, metal hearth has automatic baking mode controlling devices which additionally control electric heating members of the entire apparatus.
