FIELD: agriculture, plant tissue cultivation. ^ SUBSTANCE: seeds of monocotyledon plant are treated under vacuum infiltration conditions for 30-50 min in suspension of Agrobacterium tumefaciens GV3850 strain and further incubated in suspension of this strain for 23-25 hours. Germinants are grown on solid nutrient medium for 3-5 days without antibiotics, then kanamycin and cefotaxime are added together. ^ EFFECT: increased yield of transgenic monocotyledon plant regardless of morphogenetic potential and somaclonal variability thereof; accelerated method for producing such plants. ^ 2 dwg, 1 tbl, 54 ex |
