An element (12) carries the former element via a rotatably guiding functional unit (13) around a guiding axis (130) separated from the axis (110) by a preset distance (L1). A functional assembly (14) controllably displaces the former element around the axis (130), and a functional assembly (15) controllably displaces the carrier assembly around the axis (110).
