Provided are noodles containing a tangerine component to improve taste and smell, and a method for preparing the noodles to prevent the nutrient of a tangerine from being broken during the making process. The noodles contain 0.5-20 wt% of a tangerine extract. The tangerine extract comprises the tangerine powder which is prepared by washing a tangerine to remove agricultural chemical components, pulverizing the washed one, compressing the pulverized solid part, concentrating the compressed one to 60-80 brix, and drying it; and the tangerine powder which is prepared by drying the remaining skin and fruit of tangerine.
