INTERMEDIATE FLUID TYPE VAPORIZER

An intermediate fluid type vaporizing apparatus is provided to prevent a temperature of sea water, a heat source fluid, from dropping by heat-exchange between natural gas and the sea water through a counter flow method. An intermediate fluid type vaporizing apparatus includes an intermediate vaporizer(220), an LNG(Liquefied Natural Gas) vaporizer(240), and a natural gas heater(260). The intermediate vaporizer vaporizes a liquefied intermediate through heat-exchange with a heat source fluid. The LNG vaporizer vaporizes LNG into natural gas of low temperature through heat-exchange with the vaporized gaseous intermediate. The natural gas heater heats the natural gas of low temperature through heat exchange with the heat source fluid by a counter flow method. The heat source fluid flows to the intermediate vaporizer by passing through the natural gas heater.
