A multilayer capacitor is provided to accurately adjust the resistance of a series equivalent resistor by arranging terminal conductors and outer connection conductors in predetermined mounting directions. A multilayer capacitor(C1) includes a laminated body(L1) and plural outer conductors. The laminated body has a cubic shape. The outer conductors are formed at sidewalls of the laminated body. The outer conductors include plural first terminal conductors(3A,3B), plural second terminal conductors(4A,4B), plural first outer connection conductors(5A,5B), and plural second outer connection conductors(6A,6B). The first and second terminal conductors are arranged to be axially symmetrical to each other around a center axis of the laminated body. The first and second outer connection conductors are arranged to be axially symmetrical with respect to each other around the center axis of the laminated body.
