摘要 A new gas-solid separating and stripping system which can be applicable to fluidized bed catalytic cracking units, minimizes a contact time between gas and solid, and obtains a very high separation efficiency at the same time is provided. As a device for separating and stripping the gas mixture and the flow of particles comprising a casing(50) divided into a plurality of separation chambers(2) and a plurality of prestripping chambers(3) alternately disposed in an arched shape around a central reactor(1) in which a flow of particles and a gas mixture to be separated are circulated, and which is closed by an upper section(15), and is formed in a substantially vertically extending shape. The device is characterized in that each separation chamber has: an inlet opening(20) at the top communicating with the reactor; a centrifugation zone(23) enabling the particles to be separated from the gas mixture by a deflector(4); an outer wall; an inner wall joined with an outer wall of the reactor; two substantially vertical sidewalls which are also sidewalls of the prestripping chambers, at least one of the sidewalls in each separation chamber having a first lateral communication part(5) formed below the inlet opening to enable the gas mixture to communicate with the adjacent prestripping chamber; and a second opening(6) which is formed in a lower part(27) of each separation chamber to enable the substantial axial discharge of particles placed below the first lateral communication part that discharges the gas mixture, and which has at least one main stripping means(11). The casing has: an outlet pipe(14) which is substantially positioned on the axis of the reactor, and of which one side is connected to the prestripping chambers by an upper opening(8); and at least one secondary separator(16) for separating solid particles contained in gaseous effluent discharged from the outlet pipe, wherein the secondary separator comprises an outlet(9) for gaseous effluents and an outlet(17) for particles. The prestripping chambers have a sidewall, and an inclined wall fixed to an outer wall(22) of the casing.
