A method and a system for diagnosing an injected gel are provided to improve operation efficiency of a gel dispensing system by effectively estimating endurance of an injection needle. A system for diagnosing a gel dispensing condition in a gel injection system includes an image capturing device(21), which is implemented at a side portion of an injection tool(14). The image capturing device is moved along the injection tool, such that image information on a shape and a dimension of a gel is recorded on an estimated route. The image capturing device is a digital camera lens, which is selected from the group consisting of a CCD(Charge Coupled Device) image sensor and a CMOS(Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor) image sensor. An injection pressure detector(22) is arranged to detect a variation of a main pressure of a pipe(17). A sub pressure detector(23) is arranged on a gel container(16). The image information is delivered to an analyzing device(24) which is a personal computer.
