A portable electrocardiogram measurement patch attached to a body of a subject in an electrocardiogram measurement device is provided to physically and electrically connect the patch with a controller to enable the subject to easily carry it. A main body has a first side attached to a body of a subject, and a second side. An electrode unit has at least three electrodes separated from each other at predetermined intervals and is installed to the first side of the main body. A first connector is installed to the second side of the main body. A controller includes a second connector(611) physically attached and electrically connected to the first connector of an electrocardiogram patch and receiving a pseudo electrocardiogram signal, an A/D converter(612) converting the pseudo electrocardiogram signal into a digital signal, and a data transmission unit(613) transmitting the converted digital pseudo electrocardiogram signal to a predetermined memory or to a pseudo electrocardiogram signal analysis apparatus connected via a wired/wireless network.
