FIELD: mechanical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for vibration isolation of processing equipment, such as machine tools, instruments and devices, and for vibration isolation of separate units of machines, for instance, as suspensions of engines, chassis and other units. Proposed vibration isolating rubber base has elastic member made of elastomer in from of two opposite flanges, upper and lower ones, intercoupled by outer and inner side surfaces. Upper and lower flanges are made in form of rings. Mounting holes are made on surface of upper ring. Inner diameter of ring of lower flange is smaller than that of upper flange. Ratio of height of vibration isolator to diameter D of support surface of elastomer is at optimum ratio of values : h/D = 0.45 - 1.55. ^ EFFECT: improved efficiency of vibration isolation at resonance, simplified design and mounting. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg |
