FIELD: construction units, particularly window assemblies. ^ SUBSTANCE: window unit comprises outer and inner glazed frames and transparent curtain arranged in-between. At least one pair of load-bearing rollers is located in upper and lower parts of space defined by the frames. One load-bearing roller is drive one. Remainder rollers may freely rotate. The curtain defines closed loop passing over load-bearing rollers and is provided with transversal strip having heat-reflective covering and transversal strip having heat-absorbing covering. The strips are separated one from another with transparent curtain material from both sides thereof. ^ EFFECT: possibility to maintain necessary thermal indoor conditions in dependence of outdoor climatic and weather conditions and provision of smooth regulation of thermal indoor conditions. ^ 5 cl, 2 dwg |
