FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for treatment of locomotor system, in particular, treatment of joint complications of rheumatic diseases. Method involves intra-osseous administration of solcoseryl or actovegin solution in volume 2-5 ml by course 5-10 procedures, 2 times per a week, wherein 1 ml is administrated at the rate 0.017-0.015 ml/s, and other volume is administrated in equal parts wherein the rate administration of the first part is 0.02-0.017 ml/s and the second one - 0.061-0.1 ml/s.
